A site planned around the land.

Haymeadow is a 660-acre, conservation-oriented development, located in the scenic Brush Creek valley, on the south side of Eagle.

Overall Site Plan

Haymeadow contains five distinct residential neighborhoods that will provide 837 total housing units that are thoughtfully integrated into the valley’s natural ecosystem, with a diverse range of housing types to serve the Eagle community. Community amenities include an integrated network of community parks and trails, a fire station, a K-8 sized public school site, and an early childhood center that are nestled into expansive open spaces.  Livability, sense of community, stewardship of the natural environment, and compact walkable neighborhoods are key concepts reflected in the neighborhood plan.

Child Care Site Plan

The child care site is centrally located on Sylvan Lake Road for ease of pick up and drop-off, along multiple asphalt paths, and across from 20.5 acre Trailhead Park. This location puts 65% of Haymeadow residents within a half mile distance and is only a mile from the Terrance and Eagle Ranch neighborhoods.

Trail Network Site Plan

The Haymeadow Neighborhood will provide an extensive, expanded trail network within Town, with two proposed trailheads and Trailhead Park serving as new trail access points. Haymeadow trails will connect into the larger Town trail system with paved pathways and soft surface trails provided for a variety of users. The primary paved pathways will connect into the larger Town paved trail system, with a connection to the Pool and Ice Rink and an interior loop that provides safe routes for bicyclists and pedestrians. Secondary, soft surface trails will connect into the existing open space trail system to the north of the property and to the Eagle Ranch Trail System to the south.

7 Hermits Site Plan

Located at the north end of the Haymeadow community, Phase 1 offers the first 76 condominium units that border preserved wetlands to the south and natural mountain slopes to the west. These first seven buildings provide a mix of one and two-bedroom units, with thoughtfully designed mountain modern architecture, open floor plans, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. 75 of these are deed-restricted condominium units.
