Single Family Homes

Basic Facts About Haymeadow
Single-Family Homes

Single-family homes are a key component of the 837 total units planned for our 660-acre development. The design includes distinct neighborhoods with a mix of housing types, creating a varied and inclusive community.

Diverse Options

Our plan calls for a range of single-family homes, including cottages and duplexes, designed to fit different lifestyles and stages of life. They are envisioned as “spacious, private, and made for everyday living.”

Architectural Style

The Haymeadow homes are being built with a “modern Colorado architectural” style, incorporating natural textures and clean lines. They are designed to blend with the surrounding mountain environment, with features like large windows to capture views.

Community Integration

Our single-family homes are situated within a larger framework of open space, parks, and trails. This ensures that even residents in private homes have easy access to the community’s amenities and the outdoors.

Deed-Restricted and Market-Rate

Like other housing types in Haymeadow, some single-family homes are part of affordable housing initiatives (deed-restricted), while others will be sold at market rates. This mix aims to create a more economically diverse community.

Designed for “everyday living” and “entertainers,” our homes feature open layouts and more generous living space than our already generous multi-family units.

Single-family homes will have larger private outdoor areas, which can include yards. Residents are allowed to fence portions of their yard, with specific guidelines for fence height and design to ensure they are wildlife-friendly. Hot tubs and saunas are also allowed.
